Endless Knot: The endless know or eternal knot is a symbolic knot and one of the Eight Auspicious Sumbols. It is an important in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. The endless knot iconography symbolised Samsara i.e., the endless cycle of suffering of birth, death and rebirth within Tibetan Buddhism. The inter-twining of wisdom and compassion.

Flower of Life Mediation/Yin Yang: The flower of life is on of the basic sacred geometry shapes. The flower of life starts with the seed of life shape: 7 overlapping circles that build outward, forming a flower-like pattern that has been used since ancient times in many cultures around the world. Said to be the basic template for everything in existence; all geometric forms can be found within it, including sacred geometry shapes like the Platonic solids, Metatron's cube and the Merkaba. It's named after Archangel Metatron, who watches over the flow of energy in creation and provides a conenction to the divine. Metatron's Cube is balanced and provides a visual focal point for meditation. It can replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

OM: Om is a very simple sound with a complex meaning. It is the whole universe coalesced into a single word, representing the union of mind, body and spirit that is at the heart of yoga.

Pentagram: The pentagram is commonly accepted as a symbol of protection and exorcism, driving away evil and other unwanted energies and entities.

Tree of Life: The tree of life represents the afterlife, and connection between the earth and heaven. The bond and affection to trees is so deep that Celts believed the actual trees were their ancestors, gatekeepers to the Celtic Otherworld. As such, the tree of life in Celtic culture is sacred.
