Singing bowls are are spiritual products that have been around for thousands of years in numerous cultures throughout the world. The singing bowl is a metal bowl (copper, tin, iron, lead, etc) that is truck by a mallet (wood, felt) creating resounding vibrations and emanates pleasants sounds. The sounds produce high energy frequencies to effect the body, mind and soul. Throughout history singings bowls have been used for spiritual/religious rituals/ceremonies, relaxing soundbaths/meditations and most recently certain types of therapy.
